How do I revalidate my Pluxee Gift?

You may have your Pluxee Gift replaced with Pluxee Gift credits. Kindly follow the steps below:  

 

Via Walk In/Grab/Lalamove: 

 

1. Create an appointment using this link: REVALIDATION APPOINTMENT (office.com) - No appointment, no revalidation. 

2. Fill out the Acknowledgment Receipt Attached (2 copies – for you and Pluxee). 

3. Print a copy of your valid ID. 

4. Proceed to 11/ F Lepanto Bldg 8747 Paseo de Roxas Makati City. 

5. Send an SMS/Call 0917 532 6555 to coordinate your deliveries. 

6. Please ensure that the vouchers are received by Pluxee personnel. Pluxee will not be liable for lost Pluxee Gifts placed in the mailbox. 

7. We will not be able to meet the riders at the Ground Floor lobby. 

 

Download the Pluxee Gift credits app: Here’s how: 

 

1. Download the FREE Pluxee Philippines app on Apple Appstore or Google Play Store 

2. Register your Name and Mobile Number and email address 

3. An OTP will be sent to your nominated mobile number to verify your mobile number 

 

 

You may also send via courier to:  

 

11/F BA Lepanto Bldg Paseo de Roxas Makati and ATTN to: Mr. Frederick Namud 

Kindly detach the small stub and keep. Only send the bigger portion with the Acknowledgment Receipt 

Please include your Name, Address and Mobile Number in the parcel.
