1. Send a screen capture of the code via email to support@care.pluxee.ph
2. A customer service representative will ask you to fill out a revalidation request form and validate and inspect the authenticity of the surrendered Pluxee Gift code.
3. We will validate these codes by inspecting the Pluxee Gift code’s validity and authenticity prior to replacement.
4. If your request for revalidation is valid and approved, you will then receive a confirmation message via email or SMS that your New Pluxee Gift code has been sent.
