I received an error message stating that the code couldn’t be converted even though I entered the correct code. What should I do?

  • Ensure that the code entered is a valid 10-digit Pluxee Gift code or card.  
  • Your Pluxee app should be updated to the latest version. Visit the Play Store or App Store and tap 'Update'.
