Lazada E-Vouchers T&C
Introduction
By converting your Sodexo+ digital gift certificate (“GC”) credits within the ‘SHOP’ tab section of the Sodexo+ mobile application, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “T&C”). If you are accepting this T&C on behalf of a company, organization, government, or any other juridical person, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to adhere to the provisions of this T&C and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using the Sodexo+ app or accepting the T&C under the laws of applicable jurisdiction.
Scope
This T&C covers all Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines Inc.’s (“Sodexo”) Sodexo+ Premium Pass digital GC credits to Lazada E-Services Philippines Inc.’s (“Lazada”) e-voucher conversion transactions within the Sodexo+ mobile application starting November 20, 2020.
Sodexo+ App E-Voucher Conversion Terms
1. A user may convert his/her Sodexo+ Premium Pass digital GC to a Lazada e-voucher within the ‘SHOP’ tab of the Sodexo+ app, as long as the user has enough credits to convert within his/her Sodexo+ app.
2. Upon conversion, a unique alphanumeric code with an associated denomination based on its sequence will be sent directly to the user, via in-app notification and/or email notification.
3. The user is responsible and accountable for his/her received unique code. The user acknowledges and agrees that Sodexo shall not be held responsible or liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused, sustained, or experienced by the user or any other person, in connection with the use of the unique code on the applicable Lazada platforms. The same applies for unused unique codes that will expire within the validity period.
4. In the event of expired unique codes, Sodexo and Lazada shall not refund or reissue any amount to the user, whether in form of Sodexo+ digital GC credits or Lazada e-vouchers.
Lazada’s Terms & Conditions
a. All converted unique Lazada codes are valid for redemption on Lazada Philippines’ applicable platforms. Each Lazada code has an equivalent validity date per denomination. This is reflected in the email notification sent from Sodexo Philippines (sodexonotificationsphilippines@sodexo.ph).
b. The unique voucher code may only be used on the Lazada website, www.lazada.com.ph and Lazada mobile app available on iOS and Android versions.
c. The unique voucher code may be redeemed for a single transaction, one-time use only. Partial redemption is not allowed. If the total value of the voucher is not used up, there will be no change or credits applicable. If the total purchase goes beyond the applicable voucher amount, the user will shoulder and pay the difference through any other payment modes available in the Lazada platform.
d. The unique voucher code may be redeemed at no minimum spend.
e. The unique voucher code is valid for sitewide use.
f. The unique voucher code only covers the cost of the item order/s. Delivery fees are excluded.
g. The unique voucher code can only be combined with collectible vouchers. Unique voucher codes are non-stackable.
h. The unique voucher code is non-extendable, non-voidable, and non-convertible to cash.
i. The unique voucher code is valid for new and existing users of Lazada.
j. The unique voucher code may be subject to order terms and conditions of Lazada Sellers and Stores that may override any of the abovementioned conditions. For overseas orders, warranty may depend on the Sellers/Stores.
k. All purchases within the Lazada platforms are covered by Lazada’s standard return and warranty policies. For order disputes and other concerns, kindly coordinate directly with Lazada.
l. The unique voucher code may be subject to applicable policies of Lazada in accordance with its terms and conditions, cancellation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
