If I applied for the e-voucher and cancelled my transaction, will the voucher code be automatically available again?

E-voucher codes will still be available even in a cancelled transaction. All purchased e-voucher codes are accessible thru the Pluxee Philippines app ‘notifications’ tab. 

However, due to varying procedures of using the code, the terms and conditions on e-vouchers of the following merchants differ. 

1. Lazada e-voucher: All converted unique Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-voucher codes are used to top-up user’s valid and active Lazada wallet account, cancellation of transaction will not affect the purchased code as it is already converted.

2. Zalora e-voucher via wallet: Converted e-voucher codes are used as top-up in the Zalora wallet. Cancellation of the transaction will not affect the purchased code as it is already converted.
