In SM stores, if you have both SM eGift Card (credits) and Pluxee Gift credits, SM eGift Card (credits) will be the default currency upon paying. If the transaction is more than your SM eGift Card (credits), the remaining balance may be settled using Pluxee Gift credits.
Example: If you purchased a product worth Php1,000, and there is only Php450 SM eGift Card (credits) in the app, your Pluxee Gift credits will be used to pay the balance of Php550.
