How do I use my Klook E-gift? (Instructional guide)

Klook E-Gift Cards from the Store of the Pluxee Philippines App

Convert your Pluxee Gift credits into Klook E-Gift Card at the ‘SHOP’ of your Pluxee Philippines app!

1. Log into your Pluxee Philippines app, click the ‘SHOP’ tab, choose ‘Klook’, and select the denomination amount to redeem.

2. Take note of the expiry date, review the payment details, and tap ‘Pay’. Make sure you have enough Pluxee Gift credits to convert.

3. Check the Terms & Conditions regarding the use of Klook e-Gift Cards at www.shopterms.merchants.sodexo.ph and make one final swipe to proceed with the conversion transaction.

4. A unique numeric Klook e-Gift Card with a corresponding denomination value and validity date period will be sent to you in your Pluxee Philippines app. Details will also be saved in your app’s ‘Inbox’ and sent to your registered email address.

5. To start redeeming your Klook e-Gift Card via web browser in desktop (or via mobile browser): Load your Klook e-Gift Card by logging in to your Klook account. Click on the “Gift Cards” (“Profile”) on the upper right side of the website and scroll down to “Redeem a card” (“Gift Cards”) at the lower part of the screen.

6. Enter or paste the voucher code on the redemption field. Click “Redeem” (“Redeem now”) to proceed. A confirmation upon successful redemption will show and the Klook e-Gift Card balance will display. Multiple loading of Klook e-Gift Cards is possible by repeating the steps mentioned. The system will automatically add all loaded gift cards and will be displayed under “Gift Cards.”

7. Once the Klook e-Gift Cards are loaded, booking and paying is possible for the desired activity and service.

8. Choose the desired activity or service and select the date and time you intend to avail it. Enter the participant details, contact information, and the discount/promo code to be availed if eligible.

9. Choose Klook e-Gift Card as mode of payment and the available balance will be automatically deducted on your total transaction.

10. To start redeeming your Klook E-Gift Card via Klook app: Download the Klook mobile application (Klook: Travel, Hotels, Leisure) on IOS and Android app stores. Sign-up/login to your Klook account.

11. Tap “Klook gift cards” and scroll down to “Redeem now”. Enter or paste the voucher code on the redemption field.

Click “Redeem now” to proceed. A confirmation upon successful redemption will show and the Klook e-Gift Card balance will display. ** For Android users who cannot see “Klook Gift Cards” under your profile, scroll down and select “Settings”. Go to “Language” and select “English (Philippines)”.

12. The Klook e-Gift Card may be redeemed with no minimum spend. 

13. The Klook e-Gift Card can be used to book activities and services of Tours and Experiences, Attraction Tickets, Hotels, Transport, Car Rentals.

14. Klook gift card is not applicable for usage on Klook Passes / Bundle & Save Passes / Stay+Bundles / Travel Insurance / Hong Kong Palace Museum Ticket / Hong Kong Science Museum Special Exhibition.

15. Payment for booking an activity or service using Klook e-Gift Card should be in the same currency of the gift card balance.

16. Once a Klook e-Gift Card is redeemed and reflected as a gift card balance, it is ready for booking an activity or service and is non-refundable.

17. The Klook e-Gift Card may only be used once, is non-exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash.

18. If the total value of the activity or service being booked goes beyond the applicable Klook e-Gift Card, the user will shoulder and pay the difference through available payment mode.

19. The Klook e-Gift Card may be subject to applicable policies of Klook as found in the Klook official website (https://www.klook.com/en-US/policy/) and terms and conditions for gift card (https://www.klook.com/en-PH/klook-gift-card/).
