What are the terms and conditions of my FlowerStore E-voucher?

Flowerstore.ph E-Vouchers T&C 

I. Introduction 

By converting your Pluxee Gift credits  within the ‘STORE’ tab section of the Pluxee Philippines app, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “T&C”). If you are accepting this T&C on behalf of a company, organization, government, or any other juridical person, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to adhere to the provisions of this T&C and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using the Pluxee Philippines appor accepting the T&C under the laws of applicable jurisdiction.

II. Scope 

This T&C covers all Pluxee Philippines Inc.’s (“Puxee”) Pluxee Gift credit to Blue Aurora Solutions Inc.’s (“Flowerstore”) e-voucher conversion transactions within the Pluxee Philippines app starting Oct 29, 2021. 

III. Pluxee Philippines app E-Voucher Conversion Terms 

 A user may convert his/her Pluxee Gift credits  to a Flowerstore e-voucher within the ‘STORE’ tab of the Pluxee Philippines app, as long as the user has enough credits to convert within his/her Pluxee Philippines app. 

 Upon conversion, a unique alphanumeric code with an associated denomination based on its sequence will be sent directly to the user, via in-app notification and/or email notification.  

The user is responsible and accountable for his/her received unique code. The user acknowledges and agrees that Pluxee  shall not be held responsible or liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused, sustained, or experienced by the user or any other person, in connection with the use of the unique code on the applicable Flowerstore platform. The same applies for unused unique codes that will expire within the validity period.  

 In the event of expired unique codes, Pluxee and Flowerstore shall not refund or reissue any amount to the user, whether in form of Pluxee Gift credits or  Flowerstore e-vouchers. 

IV. Flowerstore’s Terms & Conditions 

a. All converted unique Flowerstore codes are valid for redemption on Flowerstore Philippines’ online marketplace website (https://flowerstore.ph). Each Flowerstore code has an equivalent validity date per denomination. This is reflected in the email notification sent from Pluxee Philippines giftcredits@notifications.pluxee.ph 

b. The unique voucher code may be redeemed for a single transaction, one-time use only. Partial redemption is not allowed. If the total value of the voucher is not used up, there will be no change or credits applicable. If the total purchase goes beyond the applicable voucher amount, the user will shoulder and pay the difference through any other payment modes available in the Flowerstore platform.  

c. The unique voucher code may be redeemed at no minimum spend.  

d. The unique voucher code can be applied to all of the products on the Flowerstore Philippines online marketplace. Product availability may depend on delivery location. 

e. The unique voucher code is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-extendable, and non-voidable.  

f. The unique voucher code is valid for new and existing users of Flowerstore. 

g. The unique voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions. Only one (1) e-voucher code per checkout is allowed. 

h. Flowerstore may have their own set of terms and conditions that may override any of the abovementioned conditions. Flowerstore reserves the right to decide on all matters and disputes pertaining to e-voucher codes and redemption.
