How do I make my Pluxee Shop account fully verified?

Personal Account

Step 1: Go to your ‘Personal’ profile.

Step 2: Fill out the form and provide the following information:

·      Place of birth

·      Nationality

·      Birthdate

·      Phone Number

·      Nature of work

·      Source of funds

·      Complete Address

·      Zip Code

Step 3: Upload one (1) valid ID (Driver’s license, SSS ID, UMID, Passport, PRC ID, Foreign Passport, and Foreign-issued driver’s license).Once submitted, Pluxee Shop will review the information and the document you submitted. Your account will automatically become “fully verified” once approved.

TIP: Your account name and ID should match to get verified.

Business Account

Step 1: Go to your ‘Business’ profile.

Step 2: Fill out the form and provide the following information:

Company Profile

·      Company Name

·      Industry

·      Subcategory

·      Company TIN Number

·      No. of employees

·      Company Address

·      Company Phone Number

·      Tax Position

Contact Person

·      Email Address

·      Complete Name

·      Designation

·      Department

·      Contact Number

Step 3: Upload a clear PDF file of the Certificate of Registration and valid ID of company representative. 

Once submitted, Pluxee Shop will review the information and documents you submitted. Your account will automatically become “fully verified” once approved.
