What to do when merchants do not accept Pluxee Gift code without barcodes?

1. Download the FREE Pluxee Philippines App on Apple Appstore or Google Play Store

2. Register your Name and Mobile Number

3. An OTP will be sent to your nominated mobile number to verify your mobile number

4. Tap Convert Pluxee Gift code on the homescreen

5. Enter the Pluxee Gift code

6. You will see your updated balance on the home screen of the app once successful.

You can now use the app when paying.
