How do I deactivate my account in Pluxee Philippines app?

1: Send an email to support@care.pluxee.ph with the ff details:

    a. registered number

    b. email address

    c. registered name

    d. provide at least 2-3 transactions you made using your account

    e. reason why you want to deactivate your account


2: Customer Service will forward your request to our support team for deletion request.


3: Our technical support team will validate your request and our customer care will send a confirmation within 2-3 working days.
