How do I reset my password?

1. Launch the Pluxee Philippines app and enter your registered mobile number or email address

2. Input the One Time Password sent to your mobile number or email address

3. Tap Forgot Password?

4. Enter your registered email address

Note: You need to have a registered email address prior to doing password reset

5. Enter the verification code sent to your email address

6. Set and confirm your new password and click Proceed
