Personal orders
The recipient will receive the Pluxee Gift on the same day if the sender completes payment between 12:01 am and 12:00 pm. However, orders paid for between 12:01 pm and 11:59 pm will be processed and distributed on the following business day.
Business orders
Orders will be distributed in 2 days. A notification from Pluxee Shop will be received once order/s is distributed.
Note: All paid orders made on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
